Intermittent wire feeding and universal wire feeding
Intermittent wire feeding
When the wire is sent intermittently, the end of the wire is always in the protection zone of argon gas. Repeat the movement up and down by arms and wrists, and slowly send the molten drop at the end of the welding wire into the molten pool, avoid air invading the molten pool, and the action of the end of the welding wire is always in the protective layer of argon, and the protective layer of argon should not be scratched. This wire feeding method is mostly used for full-position welding.
Universal wire feeding
The welding wire is held in the middle of the left hand, and the end of the welding wire is within the scope of argon gas protection. The welding wire is driven into the molten pool by the arm.
